Sometimes it's the quiet ones who provide the most effective leadership. Randy Eckels has worked in this technology community almost his entire career. He's seen companies come and he's seen them go. He's been a part of several huge successes and has played a significant role in that success. His resume and bio (attached) speak for themselves. He is currently in transition right now, having recently left Sting Communications. He is the type of leader we need to keep in Central PA and he is the kind of leader we need to honor.
